Fantastic House and Experience

This house was wonderful! We pre-registered and that was great. We went straight from the airport to the house. No hassles and easy check in process. They knew exactly what they were doing at Champions Gate. At exactly 4:00 pm Florida Scandi sent us the house combination and we were ready to go as they had promised. We were immediately impressed with how pretty the house was when we walked through the door. There was more than enough supplies of everything to keep us comfortable and happy. We spent extra money to have the pool heated and that was worth it for us adults and the kids too. Florida Scandi had it ready on day 1 of our stay. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Everything in the kitchen was perfectly organized. All the appliances worked well. We did not have one problem with our stay. During the trip planning process and throughout the entire length of our stay they were quick to respond. patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. We thank them so much, especially Jo’leen! The outdoor area was great. We started the hot tub right away and it was bubbly and hot. The Champions Community was great. The massage chair was as high quality as the ones we’ve tried out in mall specialty stores. I can’t think of one negative thing to say about our experience. It was a 10 out of 10 and we would love to come back and stay at this place again next summer.
