All of our properties are NON-SMOKING. Any violation of this policy will result in a $200 cleaning and air restoration fee.
Dog friendly properties accept dogs with prior approval only and are subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee. If a guest brings a pet without obtaining authorization a 20% surcharge on the total cost of the reservation will be charged and the Management also reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without refund. Some properties do allow pets under any circumstances. Please see our Pet Policy.
By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home.
Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
*Please note that reservations made within 7 days of arrival date may NOT pre-register or check-in after hours. All guests booked within 7 days of the arrival date must check-in at the office during regular business hours. Guests must have a picture ID and credit card that match the name on the reservation.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
To confirm your reservation a $220.00 deposit is required and will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 60 days before your arrival date. The final payment will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made. All rates are subject to a 13.5% state and local tax.
All reservations are subject
to a one-time cleaning fee.
PROPERTY PROTECTION FEE. All reservations are subject to a
non-refundable $65.00 Property Protection fee. The Property Protection
Fee is a damage waiver that covers up to $400 for accidental or inadvertent
damage in a vacation rental home. Intentional damage or gross negligence will
result in additional costs. You will be asked to provide a credit card at check
in to keep on file and this card will be used against any damages which exceed
the $400.00 amount.
DATE CHANGE REQUEST
ANY REQUEST TO CHANGE a confirmed reservation date is subject to availability, however, Florida Scandi will do its best to accommodate you whenever possible.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received from date of booking until 30 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit the deposit of $220.00.
Cancellations made within 30 days or less prior to the arrival date are ineligible for any form of reimbursement.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public / private place or short term rental where people are and have been present. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By accepting this rental agreement, you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure during your occupancy of our property

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER
and TRAVELERS CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS. A personal check will be accepted only for
those reservations made at least thirty (60) Days in advance. Cash is also accepted at the time of check-in
during normal business hours, for security deposit only.
